Cleaned up the front page. Removed the blank box on the right of the front page, that was leftover from the change to the login form (move).

Removed QBUG and DBUG

Turn action bar into drop box

Prefill category upon upload error and fix bug in last patch

When a package upload fails the category value will be prefilled, fixes a bug in the previous patch where the pkgbuild would not extract properly and splits the html from php in the form so there are no more prints to output it Signed-off-by: Callan Barrett
